Vion was very accommodating and helpful. She didn't push me to get a particular place but instead gave me the space to consider which apartment I like. She also helped to look out for blind spots (e.g. fridge not working, water pipes not working, missing bulbs etc) which I was not as familiar with. Finally, Vion was also very helpful and helped me to secure furniture and arrange for movers to bring the furniture into my new place (and oversaw the move as I was overseas). I'm very pleased with how helpful and above and beyond that Vion went to, and would highly recommend her to my friends.

We were living in Kennedy Town but had to find a new place as the family is about to grow with a 2nd child arriving soon. We contacted 3 different agencies and OKAY.com was one of them. Shirley was enthusiastic and passionate, armed with a ready smile, she even came out to tour with us a multitude of homes in a span of two Sundays from Aberdeen all the way to Happy Valley and Repulse Bay. She was dedicated to helping us find our dream home, and we are truly appreciative of it. Shirley was helpful and always communicated cheerfully, which made us never lose hope in finding our home-to-be. She also had kind patience to answer our barrage of questions.
