We were very pleased by Janis' level of service the first time we met when we were looking for flats 2 years ago. Although we ended up finding a flat without an agent, we remembered Janis for her organised and efficient nature. We liked the fact that she was not pushy and listened to our needs when searching for an apartment unlike most agents who tended to waste our time by showing us flats that didn't come close to meeting our requirements. Janis is very professional and upon viewing with her this time around, we were able to sign successfully and quickly with the help of her skills. Flo has been extremely helpful and worked very hard (normally on weekends too with no complaints) to show us different apartments! Despite that ultimately we rented via another agent purely because of the directions of the other apartment itself, we will no doubt ask for her help again next time! We do highly recommend her to our friends and families!

Very close follow-ups, Kiara seemed to come across as very personable without being too overpowering. Even though the deal did not materialize, the experience was still overwhemingly positive.
