Cherie is an amazing agent. She enquired about my requirements, was patient right from the start and was exceedingly selective in showing me the right listings that matched my requirements. Cherie did not push the transaction even though it was quite clear I had a strong preference for one of the apartments she showed me; instead, she expressed openness to consider the pros and cons with me and helped me settle my choice. We appreciated her speedy responses and market knowledge of South Side and CWB. She was very peasant to deal with and we appreciated her time.
