Attention to detail, great understanding of what I was looking for. No time wastage, she showed me exactly as per the brief and puts in an extra effort to get the best value deal. Great negotiator and persistent with what she wants out of the deal.

I am hugely grateful for Cindy’s help and expertise in finding a flat to rent in Hong Kong. I had a very tight deadline to work with, and Cindy was able to find a selection of properties that matched what I was looking for in only a number of hours, and even accommodated me to carry out viewings the following day. Incredibly, we had a signed Provisional Tenancy Agreement by the end of the day of the viewings. It would not have been possible with Cindy’s work ethic and knowledge of the Hong Kong property scene, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for property in Hong Kong.

Hi Florence, I am thrilled to have the opportunity to write a testimonial for you, a real estate agent who has exceeded all our expectations. From the very beginning of our journey to sell our combined residential flat in Sai Ying Pun, you have demonstrated efficiency, intelligence, out of the box thinking and great customer service, not only making the entire process of selling our apartment easier but actually facilitating the sale. We were impressed with your ability to secure some amazing marketing exposure for our property. You also demonstrated great legal acumen in selling the two combined units. Despite having previously consulted with two law firms who were unable to find a solution, you were able to identify a legal solution that made the sale possible and saved the buyer from having to pay double stamp duty. Your persistence, creativity, and problem-solving skills are truly commendable. Thanks for a job well done.
