Shirley has been relentless in her pursuit of helping us find our perfect home. Our list of requirements is long and Shirley has brought us several apartments that meet our needs. I have appreciated her openness and transparency, diligent hard work and persistence in helping us find what we are looking for. She is positive, respectful and generous with her time. After 4 years in Hong Kong and countless real estate agent interactions, I thankfully found Jayde. Jayde was wonderful to work with - very positive, diligent and perhaps most importantly, patient! She’s incredibly knowledgeable about the market and different neighborhoods in Hong Kong, which is incredibly helpful when you aren’t quite sure where you want to live. Every listing she put forward for my consideration was in line with my needs and appealing. She really listened to my feedback after viewings which saved us both time and energy and allowed us to more quickly narrow in on the perfect home. She was helpful every step of the way, from the offer letter to the actual handover. I would definitely work with her again and would recommend her to friends whether they are new to the Hong Kong real estate market or veterans.

Martina was amazing! She adapted to the realities of looking for a flat during Covid and when someone moving to Hk has to do 2 weeks of quarantine first. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for, so much so that I ended up taking the first flat she showed me! Impressive. I'll definitely be using Martina again should I need to move and will be recommending her to anyone looking for an agent in the future.
