This is the second time Ning has helped me find a home. She understands my needs and have been very helpful on both times. The second move needed to be completed in a short time frame and she already knew what I wanted and got the flat I want quickly without going through a lot of choices. She always goes above and beyond!

Flo was assigned to assist my family and me in finding a new home in Hong Kong. As I was coming from the US I had a lot of questions and needs in order to ensure my family would be comfortable and happy. Flo went above and beyond, showing me a wide variety of options over the span of two trips to Hong Kong. She never hesitated, never said no, spent whatever time was necessary and provided lots of local anecdotes and information in the process. She even bonded with my 8 year old boy and gave us a tour of the flower and bird markets in Mong Kok! In summary, we are now happily ensconced in a new flat and Flo made it all possible, right down to setting up our utilities. We couldn’t have asked for a better initial contact in Hong Kong.

He really wanted to understand our situation and that resulted in very good search results. All the apartments we went to see were really suitable for us. Lot of time saving from us but also for Anil - so very wise way from him to work this way. All schedules were honored and as already mentioned all apartments were suitable for us - and we did find our new home with the help from Anil. In addition Anil is a very nice guy to work with, so the whole process was quite a pleasure. Totally recommended!
