Dorothy recently assisted me with my search for the perfect apartment. This is my first time living in Hong Kong and Dorothy was an exceptional agent with advice, follow up, management of my expectations and negotiations. She really over-delivered and I am very grateful. Upon signing, Dorothy had sorted all my utilities, and there never was a question that was too big or small. Shirley has been very available throughout the procedure; no matter viewing or Whatsapp at any time (day and evening) during several weeks to answer our questions, and get good deal for my home. She fought for us to get the keys earlier than the expected entry date to facilitate our moving out, and she managed to get HKD 2,000 cleaning fees for us from the landlord. She also helped us to handle the utility bills, which significantly saved our time. I thank Shirley for her time, availability and kindness. It has been a pleasure dealing with such a nice person.
