She was brilliant from start to finish! Friendly but professional. After our first few communications, Melanie clearly understood what I was looking for and was fantastic in arranging a number of properties meeting my criteria. Within a week I had a flat organised. I could not have asked for more.

Working with Rosa to find an apartment in Hong Kong was a fantastic experience. She is well connected, highly experienced and extremely competent. She helped us to quickly identify a great new home here in Hong Kong. We only had a very limited time available for the search on the ground. Therefore, it was extremely helpful that Rosa helped us to pre-select the most suitable apartments before we travelled to Hong Kong for the viewings. Communicating with Rosa was always easy and once we had decided on the apartment, she also kindly helped us to set everything up (from curtains to electricity). This made our move to Hong Kong very smooth and we would highly recommend her to anyone who is considering moving to Hong Kong! 

Rosie was a delight to work with. As newcomers to Hong Kong, we appreciated how attentively she listened to our housing needs and presented us with well-matched options. She has a strong understanding of the different areas in the city and remained helpful and responsive to our questions even after we had settled into our new apartment.
