I worked with Rosie over the past few months to find a new home in Hong Kong. I found her to be incredibly professional and thorough. Two things really stood out for me. Her deep knowledge of the market which she leveraged to identify the right property for me and her attention to detail when it came to finalising the agreement and managing the handover. I was referred to Louise by a mutual friend and she successfully procured a suitable apartment within a week of being engaged – I think I actually moved in within two weeks of seeing her for the first time. Louise was responsive and l very much appreciated that she did not show me anything that was either out of budget or had the wrong specifications. The online system for viewing apartments was particularly professional. Louise was a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend her (or use her again).

Jayde was an absolute pleasure to work with, not to mention a super fun person to go flat hunting with! I was on a very tight time frame and in the middle of an extremely busy period in my life, but Jayde helped make the entire experience smooth and seamless and found me a beautiful flat in Happy Valley in the space of two days. Jayde handled all the documentation and correspondence between myself and my new landlord, to the extent that she was shuttling back and forth between my flat at the time, my office, her office and everywhere in between to get everything signed off in time for moving day. Even while Jayde was out of town on vacation, she was working to help me secure my new flat because she knew how much I loved it. I have already recommended Jayde to several of my friends and intend to continue doing so going forward!
