Cathay Lodge 國泰新宇

Shirley is absolutely the best agent possible to help you find a home in Hong Kong. She’s extremely knowledgeable, knows the business inside out. She knew what we wanted and provided a selection of flats that fitted our standards so we didn’t have to waste time viewing too many flats. She’s good at negotiation. She’s a great problem solver. We had some small issues and she solved them with good attitude. She’s very capable in many ways. We can’t thank her enough for getting us our dream home in Hong kong.

Listened to my requests and came up with out of the box solutions. He was able to find exactly what I was looking for, and it was a difficult request. He was also very responsive to all my inquiries, made himself available for questions, and was very knowledgable about the markets. He is also a good negotiator and handled conversations with the landlord well. Highly recommend! Best agent I have worked with in Hong Kong!

My husband and I worked with Sonam to search for a rental apartment. She was very proactive in understanding our requirements, actively proposed properties that we would have overlooked otherwise, and was extremely responsive to any questions we had. She is warm and personable, very knowledgeable of all the neighbourhoods and properties, and made the process of apartment hunting a breeze. If you are looking for hands-on support in finding the right apartment for your needs, I would highly recommend Sonam! All the best,
