You worked hard at the negotiation and got us the fridge, sink, and other renovations we wanted. You also took the initiative to help us with transfer of water, electricity and towngas, which was incredible. Today, you were detailed in checking that the apartment is fit to move in, and identified places that needed minor fixes. We can't express enough how grateful we are for your efforts. We appreciated her speedy responses and market knowledge of South Side and CWB. She was very peasant to deal with and we appreciated her time.
