Cindy was the first agent to respond to me after I had made several enquiries via a few property websites. Within a few hours, she had put together a good list of properties for me to view in the Hong Kong Gold Coast area. I chose the flat that I liked, and Cindy proceeded to make all the necessary arrangements with the landlord. Cindy was great and ensured that I was able to move as quickly as possible, and also managed to get me a small discount. As my accommodation is paid by my company, I then had Cindy deal directly with my company's HR manager, who was also very impressed with Cindy’s professionalism and has since used Cindy to secure various homes for our newly arrived expat staff. Once she identified our needs and interests, she offered many appropriate sites for viewing. During our viewing of properties, she offered much valuable and honest opinion for our consideration. Miss Li is quick in responding to our messages and calls which we deeply appreciated. As this is the first time we rent from a big corporate, the legal procedure was complicated, Miss Li was able to understand our feelings and offered support along the way.
