Shirley has been relentless in her pursuit of helping us find our perfect home. Our list of requirements is long and Shirley has brought us several apartments that meet our needs. I have appreciated her openness and transparency, diligent hard work and persistence in helping us find what we are looking for. She is positive, respectful and generous with her time. I would recommend her highly to anyone looking for a property.

My partner and I had been looking for a new apartment via another agent/firm for multiple months and were ready to give up hope. We found it impossible to find an apartment that 1) ticked most of our boxes and 2) was even remotely within our price range. Fortunately for us Sonam knew exactly what we were looking for and proactively showed us an apartment that we immediately loved. Could not be more grateful for her proactivity and resourcefulness in helping us find our dream apartment.

My wife and I found Louise to be an excellent agent. She had an in depth knowledge of the areas we were looking at (Clearwater Bay, Sai Kung) and in addition to properties themselves, she was also very well-informed in things like shopping, access to mass transit, etc. Most importantly, she showed the ability to listen to us, to understand what we felt were critical factors, and to shape the search correspondingly, rather than sticking to initial preconceptions that were not entirely on-point. We would be pleased to work with Louise again, if for some unfortunate reason we ever have to move again...
