I am a recent expat [that] relocated to HK from Spain. I contacted OKAY.com to show properties around Happy Valley. Ingrid has assisted me with the search and it has taken me about 3 weeks to find a place where I wanted to put an offer in. I have a very particular taste with real estate, given I grew up living in custom designed houses.
