I've always found moving house very stressful, but working with Amelia meant this was my smoothest move to date. She arranged viewings one day after we first connected, and my new lease was signed just two days later! She negotiated well on my behalf to secure a more favourable deal. She also arranged the movers for me. This was a huge bonus, as otherwise I would have had to wait longer to secure an appointment. She was very thorough in noting any defects in my new flat. Amelia also organised the transfer of utilities to my name which was another huge help in the run-up to moving day. I have been in my new place for a week now and am very happy here. It was my first time searching for an apartment in HK, even before my arrival, I got in touch with Rosa through a colleague’s recommendation. Rosa was able to advise me very well remotely and helped me get to know and better understand the rental market in Hong Kong. Throughout the process, Rosa was consistently exceptionally friendly, patient, helpful, and never pushy. I had a very specific neighborhood in mind, one that has relatively few rental apartments and mostly office buildings, which made the “hunt” quite challenging. However, Rosa managed to find my dream apartment exactly in that neighborhood. She supported and took care of the negotiations, handover, and all bureaucratic steps. That was an immense help for me, allowing me to fully concentrate on my new life in HK. Rosa even helped by letting in the technicians and supervising the apartment in my place. I’m more than impressed by Rosa’s professionalism, friendliness, and patience, and I absolutely recommend her 100%.

Stephanie understood our requirements and worked tirelessly in helping us locate a new tenant. Not only was she successful, the tenant she introduced to us met all our expectations.
