Working with Rosa to find an apartment in Hong Kong was a fantastic experience. She is well connected, highly experienced and extremely competent. She helped us to quickly identify a great new home here in Hong Kong. We only had a very limited time available for the search on the ground. Therefore, it was extremely helpful that Rosa helped us to pre-select the most suitable apartments before we travelled to Hong Kong for the viewings. Communicating with Rosa was always easy and once we had decided on the apartment, she also kindly helped us to set everything up (from curtains to electricity). Stephanie very clearly understood our requirements and worked out a very relevant list of houses for us to view over a number of weekends. She is extremely knowledgeable and provided invaluable advice on issues with the area and the houses we inspected. She acted much more like a trusted friend and consultant rather than an agent. Once we settled on the property, she was great in helping to work out a price and to get an agreement with the vendor. She also helped to advise on a solicitor as well as provide banking contacts for obtaining a mortgage. Even after the sale was finalised she continued to provide great support in helping us set up the house for our move. Stephanie combines a wonderful, warm and engaging personality together with deep professional experience and an unmatched knowledge of the area. We are delighted to highly recommend her.

Persistently searched for a property that met my requirements. Took my intention and negotiated with the landlord. Quickly proceeded with contact work and resolved pending matters at the time of moving in. I think he is the best agent!
