Sonam was recommended to us by trusted friends after they successfully found their home with her around the same time we were looking for ours. She quickly understood our unique requirements, displayed good knowledge of the local market, was able to advise on neighbourhoods and narrow our search down to the properties that closely matched our criteria. We found that Sonam was not only responsive to our inquiries but proactive in her search and negotiations, and always very pleasant to deal with. Even though our requirements were somewhat challenging, Sonam displayed great patience and understanding and never tried to rush us into other properties that had compromises, unlike many other agents in Hong Kong. We appreciated her speedy responses and market knowledge of South Side and CWB. She was very peasant to deal with and we appreciated her time. It was a shame that some of the proprieties we were negotiating did not pan out (not for lack of Andrea's or our efforts to persuade landlords). Should we move again Andrea will be our first call.
