Flo has been an absolute a pleasure to work with. She ensured we only saw relevant apartments that met our criteria and always exhibited the utmost patience and wore a cheerful smile! And it didn’t stop once we found a place. Flo continued to help with additional items to do with the move (movers, utilities and more). Josephine has been brilliant in helping us find an apartment that works for our family. She was always available within the minutes to take us for apartment viewing. She took time to explain to us any legal, government related policies that we need to be aware off.
