Thanks to her guidance, patience, tenacity, and consummate professionalism, I was able to secure the MOST beautiful apartment in all off Hong Kong!! She took care of vital communications to the landlord to ensure I would succeed. She took videos, answered dozens of my questions. She was available morning, noon, and night. She went so above and beyond. Her work effort is unparalleled. You have an incredible colleague in Joanne Cheung. I work with hundreds of professionals globally. She deserves to hold a very high position at the agency. She should train others and take very high commissions. She is truly special. I am exceedingly grateful for her time and effort. When I was looking for recommendations for an agent with good taste in flats and someone who would only show properties matching my criteria, more than 1 person recommended Jayde. I was not disappointed. Not only did she help me find a flat that I love, but did so within the tight time constraints I had.
