She’d also prepared booklet for every viewing as well as detailed handover report at the end, which I find to be very nice features the company provides. Gertrude was very detailed oriented and patient with us; from arranging picking us up to really listening to our needs and to communicating with the landlord on everything we needed to change and fix up.
