I've worked with Ruby many times and can say in all honesty you won't find a better agent in HK in my opinion. She is highly informed, experienced, organized and effective. So say all my friends who have also worked with her. I think the key is having her accept you as a client because once she does she puts 100 percent into her work for you.

As a single mother moving across continents, finding an apartment in HK worried me the most. However, with the incredible support of Sonam, who worked with us from whilst we were still abroad to the point of moving in, this task resulted in our dream apartment! Sonam worked closely with me first to get a sense of the type of apartment in terms of style, was able to aptly match this with listings that were in our price range. This meant that when I arrived for our initial 3 day visit to find an apartment, everything was set up for viewings. Sonam went even further to help me understand the different areas of the city, both considering my needs as a working mother, but also my daughter's needs. She even went as far as to get the bus schedule of my daughter's school and helped map the different apartments to the routes. Sonam, through her incredible communication helped me navigate all the processes even though I was located On a vastly different time zone!

We had a great experience working with Shirley as our realtor. With Shirley’s extensive experience and knowledge we were able to identify, view, negotiate and close on a deal within a short period of time. She was intelligent and efficient in her approach, and was professional about the way she handled our requests. She took on full responsibility from start to finish and went above and beyond what was required of her.
