Andrea is awesome! She listened to what I was looking for, she got to know me as a person in order to find the right place for me. One thing I most appreciated about Andrea was her honesty, she wasn't just trying to find me any old place, I could tell that it was genuine and that she cared. When it came to submitting an offer, signing a lease and organizing everything for the handover and utilities, it all went so smoothly. She was on top of everything which really helped with my moving process, as I didn't really have to worry about anything. I've worked with other agents before, including ones at OKAY and Andrea is someone I would choose first to work with again and recommend to others. Thanks so much!!

There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.

Shirley is excellent. We have used her twice now and both times her hard work and dedication to us has been exceptional. On both occasions we have secured the apartments that we wanted- seen some great options and always had faultless communication. From start to finish with each rental Shirley has been diligent, polite, and thorough. We cannot recommend Shirley enough and any tenant would be lucky to be working with her.
