We recently moved from the UK to Hong Kong and Nina was our estate agent. Nina was very professional and knowledgeable about Discovery Bay and understood what we wanted straight away, finding us several properties that met our requirements. Above all, Nina made us feel really welcome within the local community and helped us settle into the Hong Kong/Discovery Bay way of life. Jayde was an absolute pleasure to work with, not to mention a super fun person to go flat hunting with! I was on a very tight time frame and in the middle of an extremely busy period in my life, but Jayde helped make the entire experience smooth and seamless and found me a beautiful flat in Happy Valley in the space of two days. Jayde handled all the documentation and correspondence between myself and my new landlord, to the extent that she was shuttling back and forth between my flat at the time, my office, her office and everywhere in between to get everything signed off in time for moving day. Even while Jayde was out of town on vacation, she was working to help me secure my new flat because she knew how much I loved it. I have already recommended Jayde to several of my friends and intend to continue doing so going forward!

Anil was absolutely fantastic. I have previously had many agents who haven’t listened to what I’m looking for. With Anil, he listened and took the time to ask questions to really get a feel of what we needed in our new home. How we spend our time and what we envisioned the new place to be. He really pulled it out the bag. We got a flat that met all our needs, with no compromising! We are very grateful for the time effort he put into finding what was right for us. He was also an absolute pleasure to work with!
