I would like to share my great experience with Daniel being my agent. It started after I browsed online and found a nice place on www.OKAY.com. I sent a request to be contacted and Daniel promptly contacted me. We arranged a visit for the evening and from there everything went very smooth. Daniel provided me very good advice and was able to negotiate for me a better price. He also helped having all the furniture and washing machine removed, which the landlord was not initially very keen to do. From there we have been building a very good customer-agent relationship and I am very pleased to be working with Daniel. Flo was assigned to assist my family and me in finding a new home in Hong Kong. As I was coming from the US I had a lot of questions and needs in order to ensure my family would be comfortable and happy. Flo went above and beyond, showing me a wide variety of options over the span of two trips to Hong Kong. She never hesitated, never said no, spent whatever time was necessary and provided lots of local anecdotes and information in the process. She even bonded with my 8 year old boy and gave us a tour of the flower and bird markets in Mong Kok! In summary, we are now happily ensconced in a new flat and Flo made it all possible, right down to setting up our utilities. We couldn’t have asked for a better initial contact in Hong Kong.
