She genuinely wanted to help find us our perfect apartment, which included all of the items on our wish-list/criteria. We stayed in contact with Jayde for around 6 months before she found us our amazing apartment in Happy Valley. She had so much patience when showing us SO many apartments during our house hunt! I strongly recommend Helena for her attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail to both people looking for a home or good tenants/buyers. She is definitely the best I have worked with. As a landlord who has a flat in HK but living elsewhere, having met and worked with Helena to rent out my flat is a wonderful blessing. From day one, she has been super responsive and professional. The process of working with her starts with finding the right tenant. Afterward, she worked around the clock to help with contract arrangement, stamp duty, flat inspection, handover, etc. All of them require smooth communication, a heart for details, and work with time differences (my time zone is 8 hours behind that in HK).
