I do feel that Helena LAU on account of her direct role was the star performer where she was able to display an almost intuitive talent for firstly quick thinking on her feet with good descriptive prose and secondly breathing new life into a deal that was all but dead! The ability to ‘pivot’ and turn a negative situation around is an instinctive to a rare few. Attention to detail in the documentation and RVD notification without prompting and stage by stage notifications were all good. The rental achieved is a minor element in this mildly euphoric testimonial.

She provided a good selection of apartments with enough variation to make each apartment attractive enough for viewing. As we've been away from Hong Kong for more than 10 years, the areas and facilites around some pretty much change as well. Apart from showing the apartment to us, she also gave us a lot of useful information as to what can be found in the area around the apartment we're looking at.This is what stood out. After sales service was fantastic as well. Super helpful.
