Jayde from OKAY.com was recommended to us and with her help we were able to obtain a suitable apartment to rent within the first few weeks of arriving in Hong Kong. After listening to our requirements, we were provided with a summary of our potential selections based on Jayde's recommendations and were taken to see each apartment at a time that suited us. The apartment we settled on was not even in our selection but Jayde knew its potential and encouraged us to view. As such we are now happily settling into our new home that is more spacious than we were expecting and in a neighbourhood that has all we need close by.

Ragers has been really passionate and helpful in helping me to search flats, though we didn’t work at the end, I enjoyed the process very much. He is dedicated and professional. I’d like to work with him in the future if there’s chance.

Very close follow-ups, Kiara seemed to come across as very personable without being too overpowering. Even though the deal did not materialize, the experience was still overwhemingly positive.
