We knew Shirley by internet property search. We knew plenty of agencies and had been looking for a real home for a long time. Unfortunately due to another option being presented through a friend, I was not able to take up the offer that the landlord made despite being very impressed with the quality of the flat and the terms negotiated. I would if necessary use Matthieu in the future to secure me a deal.
