Andrea is awesome! She listened to what I was looking for, she got to know me as a person in order to find the right place for me. One thing I most appreciated about Andrea was her honesty, she wasn't just trying to find me any old place, I could tell that it was genuine and that she cared. When it came to submitting an offer, signing a lease and organizing everything for the handover and utilities, it all went so smoothly. Honestly can't recommend Jane highly enough. Our house was on the market through a difficult economic time and Jane was incredibly patient in helping us negotiate the uncertainty around how to price in a difficult market. We achieved a sale which we are very happy with. The whole process was smooth and efficient and I found Jane's positive energy combined with good old fashioned common sense to be invaluable when moving on from a home of over 20 years. With so many ways to find an apartment in Hong Kong it's hard to know where to go and who to trust. From the very beginning I felt that Flo was on my side. She didn't push me until she knew I was ready and only showed me apartments that would actually be suitable. This saved a whole lot of time and stress. The appointments were well organized and after deciding to make an offer, Flo made an agreement with the landlord within an hour. After that everything was so smooth, she set up all the utilities and made sure everything in the apartment was working properly. I couldn't recommend her more highly.
