If I can be brutally honest - I generally haven’t had great experiences with estate agents and don’t hold them in high regard. Poor communication, not listening, not being flexible (and many other things of you require a full list :) Ellen, conversely, has been amazing and genuinely made what could otherwise have been a stressful experience a real joy. From the off Ellen listened to what I was looking for, clarified my requests, and then set about showing me only properties I would be interested in. She was totally transparent in her thoughts on each instead of trying to ‘sell me’; she was super responsive; she flexed completed to my schedule and ultimately once we found a property I wanted to move into, I really felt that she went the extra mile not just to secure it but also get due diligence sorted and arrange all the start-up utilities etc. This may sound like an over the top note but I mean it with all sincerity. Alan fully grasped our requirements and was able to find a great selection suitable properties. He was then very patient with us whilst we got to offer stage and then ultimately to key handover! Throughout the entire process, Alan has been a great sounding board .... I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Flo is just amazing. Responsive; proactive, thoughtful. Didn’t have to worry about a thing. I had a parallel transaction with another agency on another property, and Flo was 100x better. I have hence decided to give Flo all my rental business exclusively for the foreseeable future.
