Honestly can't recommend Jane highly enough. Our house was on the market through a difficult economic time and Jane was incredibly patient in helping us negotiate the uncertainty around how to price in a difficult market. We achieved a sale which we are very happy with. The whole process was smooth and efficient and I found Jane's positive energy combined with good old fashioned common sense to be invaluable when moving on from a home of over 20 years. Following the sale Jane subsequently found us a rental property which fits perfectly with what we wanted at this stage of our lives. Sales and rental, in both regards very happy customers.
