Ruby has helped us find several apartments since we first arrived [in] Hong Kong in 2006. The fact that his background straddles both Hong Kong and the UK means he really understands what expats are looking for, so the house hunting process is so much more efficient. He's also super easy to work with and goes beyond the call of duty. He even offered to help me sort out the transfer of the utilities when I moved into my most recent place. I've used Joe on both my moves within HK and he'll be the first person I contact when I need to move again.
