Ms. Sayaka showed me some flats on Conduit Road, Old Peak Road and Sai Ying Pun area. She was always attentive to me and understood my preference. Her replies regarding my questions/ requests were fast. I would say she is the one who understands client’s needs and timing. Shirley had been a huge help in our flat search. Shirley has been very accommodating with our requests and found some excellent apartments for us. When we found the right apartment Shirley worked very hard to get us a great deal. We are very grateful for all Shirley’s help.

She really understood what we were looking for which was demonstrated when she showed us an apartment in an area we hadn't even considered – we now live in this apartment and absolutely love it! Flo offered a lot of good advice based on her knowledge of the city and her experience in the housing industry. Her service also did not stop once we signed the tenancy agreement - she helped us move our utility accounts and continues to provide helpful recommendations.
