Ruby has helped us find several apartments since we first arrived [in] Hong Kong in 2006. She understands perfectly our needs and always shows us plenty of different locations so we can compare the value we can get for our money. Our last apartment she got us in Bowen Road really ticks all the boxes in terms of our wishes. If we would need to move again, we will definitely use Ruby again as she understands the market and knows what is available.

We used several different agents in our quest to find an apartment. Jeremy was the best by a significant margin; he is highly professional and extremely thorough. He took the time to listen carefully to our requirements/desires and put together a portfolio of properties to help us better understand the HK property market and to help us understand what we were really looking for. In addition to finding appropriate listings, he then took us through a well-planned schedule of appointments to see the apartments we were interested in. His local knowledge is invaluable and he was able to offer many insights as to the pros and cons of each apartment and the area in which they are located. If we need to move apartment again we know who we will call first.

My wife and I found Louise to be an excellent agent. She had an in depth knowledge of the areas we were looking at (Clearwater Bay, Sai Kung) and in addition to properties themselves, she was also very well-informed in things like shopping, access to mass transit, etc. Most importantly, she showed the ability to listen to us, to understand what we felt were critical factors, and to shape the search correspondingly, rather than sticking to initial preconceptions that were not entirely on-point. We would be pleased to work with Louise again, if for some unfortunate reason we ever have to move again...
