I would like to share my great experience with Daniel being my agent. It started after I browsed online and found a nice place on www.OKAY.com. I sent a request to be contacted and Daniel promptly contacted me. We arranged a visit for the evening and from there everything went very smooth. Daniel provided me very good advice and was able to negotiate for me a better price. He also helped having all the furniture and washing machine removed, which the landlord was not initially very keen to do. From there we have been building a very good customer-agent relationship and I am very pleased to be working with Daniel. I congratulate OKAY.com for having such an agent, really focused on his clients needs and interests.

We were looking for a place that would be in Central, but also with good light, good plan, and not too expensive. Shirley understood perfectly, and found us the exact match - and also did a great negotiation job with the landlord to secure it exactly as per our timing. She did also a fantastic job to assist us with all the utilities transferred from our old place (gas, electricity & etc), and was always available and super efficient when some questions or issues came during the move and even after. She is a positive and efficient person that I can highly recommend.
