We had many demands, and a challenging budget [when we moved house last year]. [Alexis] was patient and always pleasant and patient in her dealings with us. Very quickly she understood our profile and only showed us properties suitable for us – might seem simple, but having used several other agents previously, having someone who understands and hears your requests is such a relief. Once decided, Alexis ensured that all requests to our new landlord were dealt with in a professional and efficient manner.
