He really wanted to understand our situation and that resulted in very good search results. All the apartments we went to see were really suitable for us. Lot of time saving from us but also for Anil - so very wise way from him to work this way. All schedules were honored and as already mentioned all apartments were suitable for us - and we did find our new home with the help from Anil. In addition Anil is a very nice guy to work with, so the whole process was quite a pleasure. Totally recommended!

As our realtor, Shirley has been dedicated and persistent in trying to find the best rental apartment that fits our requirements. This task has been made more difficult as we had to move during the 5th wave of covid lockdown in HK. Early last year Helena Lau very deftly handled the successful letting of our flat to the satisfaction of two quite fussy people! Immaculate paperwork too. In the interim all routine management work, not really OKAY’s province handled well too. Recently the very reliable tenant has sought to vacate early (economic reasons) Helena reminded her that the contractual notice period is two months! She has expended a lot of energy in endeavouring to find a new tenant. Quite a lot of messaging involved. Tenant has now decided to stay on. So your letting fee is now deferred! The important thing is that Helena maintained momentum-an important attribute. I think OKAY’s recruitment and training policy really shines through here. I hope management think so also.
