I have been looking for an apartment for a while. Having recently moved to Hong Kong, it was important to find a place that worked well. Jayde was pretty quick to put options in front of me, within a month I was moved into my new apartment in CWB and she managed to negotiate significantly on the price.

The first one was for the purchase of my flat and the second job two years later for the renting of these premises. I found [Ruby] to be a very professional person, working very quickly and efficiently and providing me with offers which were on the spot of what I was looking for. Jayde is a gem. She was extremely knowledgeable, very straightforward and honest and has helped us with advice on much more than the apartment. Any questions that we had were always answered in a very knowledgeable way, but also always with a smile and within a few minutes. Jayde has been recommended to us with the best recommendations, but working with her has far exceeded what we could have expected. Thanks to her we have not only found a really nice apartment, but Jayden has significantly contributed to the fact that HK has become a new home for us in a very short time.
