Josephine has been brilliant in helping us find an apartment that works for our family. She was always available within the minutes to take us for apartment viewing. She took time to explain to us any legal, government related policies that we need to be aware off. Ruby has helped us find several apartments since we first arrived [in] Hong Kong in 2006.
