Shirley has re-defined the HK estate agent experience for us. She is knowledgeable, driven and easy to work with. She has helped us find an amazing flat and has assisted with all aspects of moving house. Even scheduling the gas man, switching our electric and water and hooking us up with the quickest internet installation we have ever seen. She is always responsive and eager to help any way she can. It has been a pleasure having her as our agent and will contact her next time we move.

Furthermore, I found Anil to be very easy going, knowledgeable and diligent. He has earned my trust in a very short period of time. Cindy has done a very good and professional job in arranging our rental at Avignon and gave good after-sales service. For example, she instantly arranged a locksmith to come around when we found that an unathorised cleaner had a key to our flat. She arranged a good tour of the Gold Coast area of at least 10 flats, and from that we chose one which we are now in. Cindy also then arranged another tour of flats to buy, which we considered, but will hold off on for now until we find a better value. We would recommend her to friends who want to move to this area. She is easy to get along with and very helpful.
