I’d like to take a moment and provide feedback on our experience moving flats over the last couple of weeks. We very much appreciate his assistance and patience throughout this time, and found the experience very easy. He was extremely professional, punctual and handled the business with great expertise. Amelia was amazing! I was under a very tight deadline to move and was traveling when I contacted Amelia to help me to look for an apt. She went out of her way to check out apartments and sent me videos and pictures for me to choose from when I was traveling. Given my timeline we had to view 12 apt in 1 day and she was so patient and caring and always put my interest first. After I signed the apt she was so helpful in liaising and following up with the landlord on handover! Amelia made the whole process of looking for apt and moving so smooth and stress-less for me!
