Our wholehearted appreciation goes out to her and we wish we can repay her somehow in the future.

My partner and I had been looking for a new apartment via another agent/firm for multiple months and were ready to give up hope. We found it impossible to find an apartment that 1) ticked most of our boxes and 2) was even remotely within our price range.
