He was a great communicator in listening to my requirements, and he was very responsive to my questions. Andrea was recommended to my partner and I by a friend who had previously relocated to Hong Kong. We viewed numerous apartments with a number of agents and Andrea was definitely the most in tune with our needs. Throughout the process she was very responsive. Being new to Hong Kong, Andrea was a valuable asset as an agent, but she was also most helpful by giving us tips and insights into life in HK, which definitely eased our move here.

My wife and I found Louise to be an excellent agent. She had an in depth knowledge of the areas we were looking at (Clearwater Bay, Sai Kung) and in addition to properties themselves, she was also very well-informed in things like shopping, access to mass transit, etc. Most importantly, she showed the ability to listen to us, to understand what we felt were critical factors, and to shape the search correspondingly, rather than sticking to initial preconceptions that were not entirely on-point. We would be pleased to work with Louise again, if for some unfortunate reason we ever have to move again...
