Sonam was a huge resource for us when my husband and I moved back from Singapore earlier this year. We had specific requirements and she worked tirelessly to find us the home we had always been hoping for at La Hacienda on the peak, even negotiating our tenancy agreement with the landlord down to the last degree. She is a fantastic real estate agent who really looks out for her clients, and always brings a positive and pleasant disposition to all of her viewings. She has a really good grasp of the rental market trends, and a long and varied list of landlords that she has worked with in the past which gave us the ability to see the most number of places in the least amount of time before we boarded our flight back to HK! What really surprised us is the level of 'after-market' service that she brings, checking in with us even months later to make sure everything is going smoothly. Would highly recommend her services and cannot speak more highly of her skills in this market!

My husband and I just relocated to HK from New York. We were matched with Ruby for our property search, and we could not be happier with her service. Ruby was extremely diligent and professional throughout the entire process, not to mention friendly and pleasant. Because she knew that our top priority was to find something quickly, she lined up a day of 8+ hours of viewings, and we were able to select an apartment from the crop she showed us on the first day. We were impressed that she took so much time with us and was able to arrange so many viewings in one rather long day. Apart from that, we were delighted that Ruby, in many ways, exceeded the expectations of her job. She showed us many more apartments than she “needed” to, recommended additional districts, assisted with our furniture search and was extremely diligent in coordinating with our landlord to expedite the signing of our lease. Jayde worked with me for the first time in October 2014. She referred a tenant from the UK who had come to work in HK and we managed to reach an agreement on the same day of the initial viewing due to her professionalism in the negotiation process. In February 2016, I appointed Jayde and OKAY.com as the sole agent for leasing another one of my properties as a result of the excellent experience I had received in the past. Once again I was impressed by the quality of tenants, speed and professionalism of Jayde’s service, with another agreement signed within a day of viewing. I am sure we will continue to work with Jayde in the future due to the fantastic combination of her skills and the broad client base of her company.
