19 Tsing Fung Street 清風街19號

Very professional but personal and friendly at the same time. Didn’t feel pressure as I have with some other realtors. Went above and beyond to make the whole experience very smooth, and was very understanding about certain situations when we needed help/assistance.

Ruby has helped us find several apartments since we first arrived [in] Hong Kong in 2006. She understands perfectly our needs and always shows us plenty of different locations so we can compare the value we can get for our money. Our last apartment she got us in Bowen Road really ticks all the boxes in terms of our wishes. If we would need to move again, we will definitely use Ruby again as she understands the market and knows what is available.

We reached out to Sonam based on glowing feedback from her clients saying, ‘we must work with her,’ and we’re so glad we did! Sonam took the time to understand our needs and quickly presented several strong options. She patiently listened, toured properties multiple times with us, respected our timeline and was so responsive on all fronts. She skillfully liaised with the landlord to keep everyone aligned. Sonam clearly has a pulse on the Hong Kong market and offers a unique perspective to each home and location you visit. Despite living in HK for over 10 years, I learned a thing or two from Sonam! She effortlessly combines professionalism with a warm, approachable style that puts you at ease. We’ve already recommended her to friends and will keep doing so—truly grateful she helped us find the perfect home for our family!
