Nina Schulte-Mattler as well as OKAY.com as a whole did a brilliant job finding my first flat in Hong Kong. Nina is a very respectful, attentive and efficient partner. Nina placed me into my new home in less than a week and arranged everything that was needed, prepared the paperwork and explained it to me very comprehensively so I just had to sign and move in! Anil is very detailed oriented and spent time to understand my specific needs and my background rather than just showing me whatever apartments available. He also provided many his personal experiences in the area we are looking and helped a lot in the final negotiation with landlord.
