We cannot thank Matthieu enough for finding us the perfect place. He paid attention to all our requirements and only showed us apartments that met our criteria. Unlike many agents in Hong Kong, he's thoughtful and patient and didn't rush us at all into making decisions. He was determined to find us a beautiful home and powered through even when some deals didn't work out. It's safe to say that Matthieu goes above and beyond at his job to guarantee smooth client relations. It was an absolute pleasure to work with him and we have already recommended him to all our friends, and we will definitely keep in touch for future moves!

My wife and I found Louise to be an excellent agent. She had an in depth knowledge of the areas we were looking at (Clearwater Bay, Sai Kung) and in addition to properties themselves, she was also very well-informed in things like shopping, access to mass transit, etc. Most importantly, she showed the ability to listen to us, to understand what we felt were critical factors, and to shape the search correspondingly, rather than sticking to initial preconceptions that were not entirely on-point. We would be pleased to work with Louise again, if for some unfortunate reason we ever have to move again...

Frankie and Flo both helped us with our search. Flo showed me tons of places, was really efficient and responsive and gave great realistic advice. Once we settled on an apartment we wanted Frankie was an ace at handling all the back and forth and bits and pieces and made the process as painless as possible. She was also super-responsive even working while on holiday and her and Flo removed some furniture for us, truly above and beyond service, super impressed, recommend them both!
