Martina was extremely thorough and has continued to help me liaise with landlord agent even after lease was signed. It was great to work with her.

We recently moved house within Clearwater Bay and approached Kim to help source an appropriate property for our large family. From the outset Kim was friendly, easy to approach and instantly available when we texted or called with queries. She was prompt in finding suitable properties for us to view and we had the impression she was being very honest with us, an unusual trait with many other real estate agents. It was something we very much appreciated. Every query we had, from selecting the property, to second viewings, to questions about appliances and so forth, was promptly and professionally dealt with. She ensured the whole signing process ran incredibly smoothly despite us being abroad at the time we were trying to prepare cheques and finalize paperwork. She really went above and beyond the call of duty and we are very grateful to her for all her tireless efforts. We wouldn't hesitate in using Kim and OKAY.com again.

A big thank you to Jane for helping us with our search for a rental property. New to Hong Kong , we found Jane to be extremely knowledgeable , very helpful, and patient during our search. We viewed a variety of flats in various locations. I felt Jane understood exactly what we needed. Once we made a decision, Jane made the whole process very smooth. She was very professional and well organised. Would absolutely recommend Jane. Thank you again .
