Cindy has done a very good and professional job in arranging our rental at Avignon and gave good after-sales service. For example, she instantly arranged a locksmith to come around when we found that an unathorised cleaner had a key to our flat. She arranged a good tour of the Gold Coast area of at least 10 flats, and from that we chose one which we are now in. Cindy also then arranged another tour of flats to buy, which we considered, but will hold off on for now until we find a better value. We would recommend her to friends who want to move to this area. She is easy to get along with and very helpful.

After 4 years in Hong Kong and countless real estate agent interactions, I thankfully found Jayde. Jayde was wonderful to work with - very positive, diligent and perhaps most importantly, patient! She’s incredibly knowledgeable about the market and different neighborhoods in Hong Kong, which is incredibly helpful when you aren’t quite sure where you want to live. She really listened to my feedback after viewings which saved us both time and energy and allowed us to more quickly narrow in on the perfect home. She was helpful every step of the way, from the offer letter to the actual handover. I would definitely work with her again and would recommend her to friends whether they are new to the Hong Kong real estate market or veterans.
