We knew Shirley by internet property search. We knew plenty of agencies and had been looking for a real home for a long time. Without much expectation, we set a target for her and to my surprise, her relentless effort made things happen. Not only completion but a completion for both the well-being of the buyer and seller. She continued her effort despite finishing the deal and helped out in various aspects including renovation, mortgage, and insurance issues. She is an all-around agent and I recommend her if you need to sell or buy any properties.

In fact, Gertrude was almost more of a relocation agent. Not only did she find me the best fit apartment, she offered concerns on places that she felt were not a safe choice, showed me around my neighbourhood of interest, was flexible with meeting times, provided numerous must-know tips of living in HK, and assisted in securing and setting-up some basic furniture prior to my move in. And, of course, Gertrude was SUPER friendly - absolutely an awesome person. Even after the contract was signed, Gertrude checked in with me multiple times to be sure all was well.
