We have had to move several times due to our jobs, and having lived abroad for many years, we know exactly what we want when it comes to our accommodation. Our expectations for the size and location were quite high, but with Rosa's expertise, we were able to find the perfect apartment in Hong Kong. We are now happily settled in a beautiful apartment in Mid-Levels, and we could not be more satisfied. We appreciated her speedy responses and market knowledge of South Side and CWB. She was very peasant to deal with and we appreciated her time. It was a shame that some of the proprieties we were negotiating did not pan out (not for lack of Andrea's or our efforts to persuade landlords). Should we move again Andrea will be our first call.
