Kerstin was very attentive and went out of her way to understand our specific needs/requests She worked hard to communicate with potential LandLords/Renters to answer questions / provide responses to any asks that we had As non-HK natives, Kerstin also provided expert guidance on the rental process (inc legal process/contracts etc) and kept us well informed along the way! I only had a weekend to find a place when I moved to HK and I needed a realtor who was up to the challenge. In fact, she grasped my needs and preferences so well that, in the end, my greatest difficulty was deciding between two places I loved! I’ve moved almost a dozen times in my life (many times internationally), and I’ve never had such a fun or smooth experience in arranging a place to live. Jayde’s knowledge of Hong Kong, her flexible, hard-working and upbeat personality and experience in the various paperwork involved in securing accommodations make her an invaluable asset to any apartment or house hunt in Hong Kong. I really can’t recommend her strongly enough.
